Welcome to the Maroc Gourmet website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.


Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Service Representatives by e-mail, or call us on 020  8575 1818 between 10:00am - 6:00pm.

We reserve the right to :

• Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
• Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 020 8575 1818 or email info@marocgourmet.com in 7days from submitting or paying for your order online.
We pride ourselves with our rapid delivery service so in the instance that your order is dispatched before you cancel our return/refund policy will apply.

Return Procedures

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged. We cannot accept the excuse that they are different from the items ordered unless you are clearly sent the incorrect product.

Due to the handmade nature of Maroc Gourmet products, small variations may occur and may differ slightly from the picture online and from our catalogues. These variations are an intrinsic part of their charm. These are not defects and we regret such complaints will not be accepted and items cannot be returned or refunded for this reason.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount as a re-stocking fee.

Returns can be made through either of these options :

Returns via post or a courier.
Send the item in the original packaging along with the original invoice.

Please note : We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.

Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We will charge you and deduct the shipping fee from the amount paid to us.

Product variations

Due to the hand made origin of Moroccan Bazaar products, goods may differ slightly from web site illustrations.
Imperfections in the glaze can in no way constitute a fault as each piece is unique. Ceramic items are not dishwasher safe, please see our terms and conditions for full product listing information.
