Meatball tagine

    ingredients

  • 1kg/ 2lbs chopped (beef or lamb)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley.
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1tsp Nomade Rass El Hanout Spice Blend
  • 2 tps Harissa Du Cap Bon Tube Paste
  • 2 tps Ouazzania Olive Oil

Preparation

1. In a bowl, combine the meat, chopped onions, Rass El Hanout, salt, pepper.

2. Make little meat-balls with you hands.

3. In the Tajine pour olive oil, tomatoes, with a pinch of each salt, harissa. Put on the lid and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
