Lamb Tajine with tomato & Cinnamon

    ingredients

  • 600 g lamb strips
  • 1 jar Nomade Tomato and Cinnamon Tagine Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ouazzania olive oil
  • Fine Couscous Dari

Preparation

Brown 600g of lamb  strips in one tablespoon of oil.

Add the sauce, Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, then uncover and cook for a further 15 minutes or till the meat is cooked.

Best served with Couscous.
