Fish Kebabs

    ingredients

  • 1 kg sea bass
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoon Nomade Charmoula Mixed Spices
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ouazzania Olive oil
  • Coriander and parsley to serve

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, charmoula mixed spices, salt, and pepper.

2. Cut the sea bass into bite size pieces and marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.

3. Slice and chop the tomatoes, peppers, lemon and onions into thick cubes

4. Prepare the skewers, by alternating between a piece of fish, tomato cube, pepper, lemon and onion.

5. Line up the skewers on a grill and cook for at least 15 minutes.

6. Serve hot and garnish with parsley and coriander.
