Fish Tagine

    ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp Nomade fish tagine mixed spices
  • 2tbsp Ouazzania olive oil
  • 250 ml cold water
  • 2 potatoes
  • half lemon juice

Preparation

Marinate two salmon fillets in two tsp of the mix; add 2 tablespoons of oil and a juice of half a lemon.

Leave to rest for 15 min, add 250 ml of cold water then lay fillets flat on abed of thickly sliced potatoes in an oven dish, pour the marinade on top, cover with a tin foil.

Baked in a pre-heated oven for 45 min (200°c)
