Couscoussier or Couscous Steamer - is a traditional steaming and cooking pot used in the preparation of a Moroccan dish called couscous, also known as a couscoussiére.

Couscous generally refers to semolina or ground wheat that is steamed in the top part, which obviously has holes in its base, and to lamb,beef or other foods cooked in a type of stew in the bottom container.

Couscous plates and dishes are made with flavoured stocks, herbs, and spices, and with vegetables, dried fruits, and/or meat added or used as a topping. All of our 4 models are made of a high grade stainless steel with different price points to fit everyone needs.
